Thankful & Winners!

We’ve reached the end of our rewatch and eagerly await A Year in the Life, but we wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for this wonderful show and to those who have accompanied us on our journey back through it.

I came to Gilmore Girls after its conclusion, so naturally binge watching the entire thing was a priority. I’ve now seen every episode multiple times (although I skip over quite a bit of “Here Comes the Son”) and definitely have favorite moments for which I’m thankful.

In which we say farewell to the citizens of Stars Hollow…until November 25, that is!

7.21 “Unto the Breach”

In which Rory receives a proposal and her diploma.

7.20 “Lorelai? Lorelai?”

In which Rory’s having end-of-college wiggins, Lorelai and Luke take baby steps back to one another and Logan wants permission.

7.19 “It’s Just Like Riding A Bike”

In which Jackson stays at Lorelai’s house to avoid getting chicken pox, Lorelai asks Luke to go car shopping with her after the Jeep dies, Paris receives several acceptance letters for med school, and Rory learns she didn’t get the Fellowship.

7.18 “Hay Bale Maze”

In which the town has hay fever, Rory has a big decision to make and Lorelai says she’s sorry.

7.17 “Gilmore Girls Only”

In which Lorelai, Rory, and Emily attend a wedding, and Logan reverts back to “Party Boy Logan” after his business deal fails.

7.16 “Will You Be My Lorelai Gilmore?”

In which Logan comes clean, Luke goes boat shopping and Lane has an unforgettable baby shower.

7.15 “I’m a Kayak, Hear Me Roar”

In which Lorelai finally tells Emily that she and Christopher split up, and Rory plans a huge 25th birthday bash for Logan.

7.14 “Farewell, My Pet”

In which Rory has a crush, Michel loses a pet and Lorelai loses a husband.

In which Richard is rushed to the hospital after collapsing at Yale, and Logan and Luke are there to offer their help and support but Christopher is nowhere to be found.
