You’ve probably already heard, but the fangirls at the Gilmore Girls Rewatch wanted to make sure the message got out there.

A Gilmore Girls Fan Fest is happening in the town that inspired it all!

The fun is scheduled for October 21-23 in Washington, Connecticut.  Why they haven’t had a fan fest before this is beyond me, but this is an outstanding time to start.

A sneak preview of some of the activities planned…

-We have a town troubadour
-We’ll screen the pilot on Friday and the finale on Sunday
-There will be a cocktail hour and a Friday Night Dinner (food truck style, because it’s 2016)*
-We’re working to provide as much caffeine as possible
-On Saturday we’ll show the top two episodes (by vote) of seasons 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 at Town Hall
-There will be a cooking segment and event to introduce the new ‘Eat Like a Gilmore’ cookbook
-The town will come to life with events on Saturday including:

Knit-a-thon
Photo Opps “on the Green”
